• The Coil Shooting technique provides unmatched full-azimuth coverage more efficiently, safely, and in a more environmentally friendly manner than multivessel operations.
• WesternGeco generalized surface multiple prediction (3D GSMP) and imaging tools and algorithms such as full waveform inversion and reverse-time migration are proven to work with full-offset full-azimuth data.
• UniQ, a flexible point-receiver land seismic system with up to 150,000 live channels, will efficiently deliver high-quality surveys from exploration through to complex reservoir projects in all environments.
• WesternGeco has also developed a new imaging technology called multimeasurement constrained imaging (MMCI) to improve salt body mapping and reduces risk in subsalt exploration programs by combining seismic technology, full-tensor gravimetry and electromagnetics.
